To all Pat Benatar purchased ticket holders:

As you know, we have been working on rescheduling the Pat Benatar show for The AMP this season. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have not been able to reschedule this show for 2008. Because we value you as an AMP customer, and as a thank you for your patience with this process, we would like to offer you the option of either retaining your tickets for exchange for another AMP show through the end of 2009, or obtaining a full refund.

OPTION 1

If you purchased tickets and wish to retain them for exchange next year, you do not need to do anything. Simply email orders@ticketsage.com when you have chosen the show you would like to exchange into. Or, when the time comes to exchange, simply call TICKETsage at (479) 587-8336.

OPTION 2

If you purchased tickets and would like a refund, please mail your tickets to the following address, marking the envelope clearly with: PAT BENATAR REFUND REQUEST:

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed.

COMPLIMENTARY, FREE AND OTHER TICKET HOLDERS

Contractual obligations are entered into on a show-by-show basis limiting the number of free or complimentary tickets that can be issued for each specific show. As a result, if you did not pay for your tickets, we cannot help with exchanges of any kind. We apologize for the inconvenience.

EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITIES

As a reminder, you can still exchange for tickets to the following shows at no additional cost with some added benefits if you choose to do so:
